Our position

PioneersTV is a delivery service. We do not produce, own, record, upload or permanently host the media that passes through our systems, and we do not control the origin of third-party streams. What we do control is our own service, and we will act on a valid complaint about it.

We do not tolerate the use of our service to infringe copyright. Where we are given enough information to identify specific material, we disable access to it.

Filing a notice

If you own a copyright, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe material accessible through our service infringes that copyright, send us a written notice containing all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Where several works are covered by one notice, a representative list is acceptable.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a channel name, a stream identifier or an exact reference. A general description is not enough for us to act on.
  • Contact details for you: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Notices missing any of these elements may be invalid, and we may come back to you for the missing part before we can act.

What we do next

We review every properly formed notice promptly, and we aim to acknowledge receipt within two business days. Where the complaint is valid and the material is identifiable, we disable access to it and, if it originates with a third-party supplier, forward the complaint to them.

We keep a record of notices received and of the action taken on each, and we will tell you what we did.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error or through misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your name, address and telephone number together with consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. Access may be restored in the usual statutory period unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We operate a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts found to be repeatedly associated with infringing activity are terminated, and subscriptions terminated on that basis are not refunded.

Submitting a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

Where to send it

Send notices and counter-notices to our support address with DMCA in the subject line, or use the contact form and choose the DMCA subject so it is routed correctly.
