Privacy Policy

What PioneersTV collects, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

The short version

  • We collect the details you type into our forms, and the minimum technical data needed to run and protect the service.
  • We use it to set up and support your line. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
  • We never store card or bank details. Payment is handled by the payment provider, on their systems.
  • You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to delete it, at any time.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Your country, and the countries you want in your line-up.
  • Your plan choices: duration, connection count, whether adult categories should be included, and whether the order is a new line or a renewal.
  • For a renewal, the existing username you give us so we can extend the right line.
  • Anything you write in a message, note or support conversation.

Information collected automatically when you submit a form

When you send us an order, a trial request or a message, our server records a short technical summary of that request alongside it, so we can tell genuine submissions from automated ones and reproduce any problem you report:

  • Your IP address, taken from the connection on our server rather than from anything your browser tells us.
  • Your browser and its version, your operating system and whether you are on a desktop, tablet or phone — all derived from the User-Agent your browser sends with every request.
  • The raw User-Agent string, the date and time of the submission and which page you submitted from.

This summary is attached to the internal copy of your submission and is seen only by our own staff. It is never shown on the website, never included in the confirmation email we send you, and never returned by our API. We do not run it through any fingerprinting, geolocation or advertising service.

Other information collected automatically

  • Your IP address is also used for rate limiting and abuse prevention on our form endpoints.
  • Basic connection and delivery logs, needed to diagnose playback problems and keep the service stable.
  • Your theme preference, stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

Why we collect it

  • To deliver what you asked for — creating and configuring your line, and emailing you the credentials.
  • To support you — answering questions and fixing problems, which usually needs to reference the line in question.
  • To protect the service — rate limiting, spam filtering and detecting abuse. The technical summary described above exists for this and for support, and for nothing else.
  • To meet our obligations — keeping the records we are legally required to keep.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Only the processors needed to run the service, and only the data each one needs:

  • Our email provider, to deliver order confirmations and support replies.
  • Our live chat provider, for anything you type into the chat widget.
  • Our payment provider, which handles the transaction directly. Card details go to them, never through us.
  • Our hosting and delivery infrastructure, which processes the technical data needed to serve you.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to. We do not sell personal data, and we never have.

How long we keep it

  • Order and account records — for as long as your subscription is active, and afterwards only as long as we are required to keep them.
  • Support conversations — typically up to 24 months, so a returning question has its history.
  • Technical and rate-limit data — a short rolling window, then discarded. The technical summary attached to a submission is kept for as long as that submission’s record is.

Cookies & browser storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and stays on your device.

Our live chat widget sets its own cookies so a conversation survives a page change. Blocking those will not break the rest of the site — only the chat.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data deleted, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Object to or restrict how we process it.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, contact us at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are first, so that someone else cannot request your data.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to order data is restricted to the people who need it to do their job, and our credentials are held as server-side secrets that are never shipped to the browser.

No system is perfect. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers before they take effect.
